This where my family takes our Poodles. Ericka is our groomer and she is AMAZING!! I have never had a bad experience and they are always busy, which says a lot right there!

I will never bring my dog back to this establishment. The first issue was our dogs ears were cut and had bled and nobody even told us This happened.Second the building is unsanitary there were animal feces on the floor and when we told the owner about it and she said she couldn’t control what the dogs did and didn’t have time to clean it up. Third we were quoted 3 hours the last 2 times we were there and it’s taken between 6 and 7.5 hours and no calls were made to us to let us know that it was going to take longer. When we complained to the owner she said our dog tried to bite her and that was what took longer, we told her that was highly unlikely as our dog is trained as a service animal and has never bit or shown aggression to anyone or anything. She then changed her story and said no she didn’t that was another dog. She then said they were short handed and that was what took longer. We expressed very politely that we didn’t know if we would come back if this continued and she said don’t bother. Again do not visit this establishment.

Very friendly place. Did a walk in and they groomed my toy pomeranian that day without a appt. Kyle did his grooming and he looks amazing.
