Our condo association has been using Mario and his team for nearly 10 years to handle all the A/C and heating issues. It is nice to deal with someone who will not try to upsell you or replace units that can be repaired (instead of selling you a whole new unit). I would recommend Quetzal Mechanical to others needing their services.

Two pairs of Gucci sun glasses that were in a drawer and beat ear buds which were meant to be Christmas gifts were taken and noticed immediately the following day, which was the day before Christmas. There were no other visitors in my home that is why I know 100 percent they were taken by this company. Mario had his two son's with him at the time of the repair and I suspect they took them without their father's knowledge. I have filed a police report and plan on taking it to civil court. The work done was adequate.
