Account Associate

I had been taking my cars to Richard Automotive & Tire Inc since 2000 and never had a problem with them; not till the owner passed away, and oh my did they mess up with me! They completely lost my business. They quoted me for front struts, when I went by to pick up my car they told me I needed all four struts at $1250.00. Thank God I have my son, I called him and he told me they were quoting me very high. Here's another one for you all, I dropped my car early in the morning and went back to pick it up a 5:30pm and waited another 45 minutes before they told me that my car was not yet fixed. They told me they were getting ready to fix it at that time, I asked for my keys and that was the last time I took my car to them. I saved $1250.00 and got it fixed for so much much much cheaper. I sure miss the owner!

Slow service and expensive to boot. Won't be going back again.

I had my car towed to Richards to have the battery replaced. It ended up taking 4.5 hours from the time they looked at the car to the time I was able to drive home. They even charged me for the electrical systems test. I'll be taking my business elsewhere the next time my car needs repair.

Very honest

This place is very honest. I was given a quote and then called back to let me know the part was cheaper and I was actually going to be paying more than $100 less than I was origionally told. Great work, and honest people, you can't beat it!
