We had my brother cremated with Riverside. We paid with money orders they said 1 didnt pay out. So we had to scrape up 500 dollars more So I had to get documents stating it was paid out. Well they kept putting it off and then they switched owners and now having to hire someone to get our money back. Its all crazy because we would call the money order place and they said we had to have a document stating it. Now the new owner said they are not responsible..So now I have to try to find an address for Charles Finnagan

My mother recently passed away and after I had done my research, I found Riverside to be the least expensive. My mom was cremated and my family and I had a service in the chapel after the cremation was done. All of the staff was very nice to me and my family, I also had Chris Trujillo as our funeral director. Mr. Trujillo was there for me and my family every step of the way and made sure everything was just perfect. Mr. Trujillo and his wife, Felicia worked the service and made it so personable for my mom's service. Every chance I get I recommend Riverside to family and friends, they do not try to pressure you to purchase expensive things that you don't need and treat you like you like they were your family. Thanks again for all that you do Riverside and I have already paid for my funeral with Riverside for my future!

I wouldn't rate a star but I have to in order to post a review����Sadly we lost our beautiful daughter to cancer at the age of 22 .They embarrassed us at the rosary and said they needed the rest of the payment or there wasn't going to be any services ������������Thankfully my family and many friends they all pitched in right then and there We were disgusted with the staff ���� After the funeral the drivers of the hearse didn't wait.I thought they were supposed to drive under 80mph ya that's how fast we had to catch up to them when they were going to the cemetery.And to add insult to injury they tore off a piece of paper and wrote the price of the funeral as a receipt.�������������������� So WARNING !!! Don't bring you're loved ones to Riverside.

Very Happy with the Performance and Staff of the funeral home. They did a fantastic job with the burial of a friend. They were able to offer a beautiful service and it was really great that they were flexible so that the family could get some things that the deceased would have wanted. Thank you Greg McKinnis for the the special work on the funeral. It is a hard time for the family and friends. Most people are emotional so it is a really hard business to be in.

Very Very Pleased with Riverside Funeral Home. The staff treated my family and I with nothing but kindness and respect. Chris Trujillo was the Funeral Director that took care of us and never lost focus on our needs and was very sympathtic and caring during the entire process. We were a little worried after reading some of the past reviews but after prices shopping we found this funeral home to be the lowest around. The service was top notch and would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to EVERYONE!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I'm only writing this review so other people do not get trapped into this place. I lost my mom, we had her cremated. They were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to do it and they never called. I called to ask them why they didn't; all they wanted to do was argue and disagree with me. Very poor customer service. The manager cussed at me and hung up the phone. The owner threatened me and hung up the phone. I can only tell anyone who wants to come here to stay away. Do not take your loved ones there. I have never seen such an unprofessional place. They do not care; all they care about is the money. Words alone cannot describe how horrible they really are, mostly during stressful times.

Very nice folks, but they told us that the cremation would take place in two days - it took nine. It was the last thing we needed -- having to call and chase them down to get information - they didn't event call us to tell us about the delays. Nice counts for nothing compared to this.

Riverside Funeral Home was the best and most affordable place to work with when you are having to find a funeral home to assist you in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We went to four different funeral homes and this one was the least expensive. The staff was excellent to work with especially Paul Baca. Paul Baca, one of the funeral directors, was the best person to work with. No problems, best service!! Everybody that attended the service was impressed with their talents and expertise. Thank you Riverside Funeral Home for helping us with the loss of our loved one--Mona Vaughn. God bless you always.

This little funeral home was big on professional service. Their prices were were below what we expected. The staff was very nice. I would recommend them to others.

The funeral home helped me in a very difficult time. The funeral was very nice and they also provided a very nice memorial dvd of my mother.The prices at Riverside were amazing I compared to other funeral homes and saved more that 2800. for the same services. The staff was very caring and informed. Contacted the national cemetery in Santa Fe and made all the arrangments for my mothers burial.

I have shopped aroung and this cremation provider was very inexpensive and providied solid service for my family
