I had an appointment at this clinic over a year ago, just a regular check up and a flu shot. A couple months later, I got a letter saying that my insurance declined to pay. Come to find out, they submitted the wrong information to my insurance company. I immediately called them and asked them to resubmit the claim with the correct information. They told me they would. Life happened, I got married and moved out of state and I start receiving statements again saying I owe them money. I finally found my old insurance information and called to see if the could resubmit it again since they never did. I'm now being told that it's too late and if I don't pay, it will be sent to collections. I was also told this is all my fault and the manager "didn't know" about any of this so it's not her problem. This is unacceptable. This office is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there if they don't want to fully pay out of pocket for the clinic's screw up. They don't know how to do their jobs and you will be blamed for it.

Dr. Romero took the time to go through all my son's case and was very thorough with him. She made two referrals for us. Four days later I received a call back to update me on one of the referrals. Although he is not with her, I have been impressed with Melvin when my family saw him in the past at another business. And now I am equally impressed with Angela. Both wanting to ensure everything is covered.
