Fist of all none of the employees are friendly. They have no interest in the costumers. THEY SUCK!!

I have been a loyal customer of Albuquerque Cab since I moved here 5 years ago as I always want to support local businesses. Thinking the prices were just high here, I never paid much attention to rates. It's all the same, right? Wrong! I was charged almost $18.00 for about two miles, no traffic. I can get to the airport from my house on that. When I called to inquire on rates I recieved nothing but excuses on the way the driver went and no assurance it would be looked into or even bothered with. Oh, did I mention it took 45min for the cab to arrive??

I called Yellow Cab for my return home, and they arrived within 10min. The same drive home cost me almost $9.00. Can someone tell me how that works out?
