Not a place for complicated patients. They have a lot of difficulty keeping high quality physicians, who seem to stay for a few months before what I've observed being mistreated...then they understandably leave. Also when I was going there I saw irregularities on my bill/explanation of benefits, which they seemed to blow off.

Heather is awesome. She listens. No God complex. She really wants to help you with out a million tests and the most expensive meds. She is a healer.

Ask around about their reputation. Not very good. Also have mainly nurses and psychologists doing the medications (!) instead of MDs.

It's just a prescription mill. I do not recommend it.

I was a patient for 5 years and had been an excellent patient for the first 4 years. I fell on hard times and was relapsing on my 5th year. Instead of taking the time to assist me and adjust my dosage, they treated me as if all of my years that I had invested with them was for nothing. Instead of helping, they seemed all to eager to push me out and finally discharge after failure to attend and see the providers (in the final months, this was due to a hospital admission/surgery that I had which prevented me from seeing Dr. Sutter for 2 months). I'm on serious medications that I have helped my bipolar and depression episodes. But instead of making sure I had a safe transition and/or move me to another doctor instead of Sutter (in the same clinic), they discharge me with only a month's notice/time to find a new doctor. If I don't find a new doctor, I'm going to be without medication and thus have the potential to get into serious psychological problems (any serious issues/suicidal thoughts that occur will be solely the fault of Dr. Sutter's decisions). I could understand if they were treating me like this because if I had been a non-compliant patient for 5 years. But I was a good patient that needed more attention and help in this last year. Thanks for the discharge *sarcasm*.
