Sam came to snake my kitchen drain and guarantees his work for 30 days. After 2 weeks the sink was clogged again and I called 3 times, left 2 messages and a text begging him to come back as I needed this fixed before Thanksgiving and have had ZERO response. I'm very disappointed in this service and I even over paid in cash. Now I get to pay another plumber to come do his job.

Sam has been my plumber for the last 20 years, he is honest, and professional. recommend him all the time.

Sam is the best drain cleaner we've ever used. I agree with Dan's comments below - Focused, professional, nice and affordable. Have used his services several times and highly recommend him.

Sam snaked-out my laundry drain in June and had mediocre results but I let it go. Now here it is in September, and a super slow drain again. I just don't think it was ever right. I called him today and he refused to do a "call-back". He said 30 days only. His invoice said nothing about any warranty anywhere. So I guess I would say watch out for this guy, go with someone who actually stands behind his work!

Sam is a great guy. Came in and got right to work. Focused, professional, nice and affordable as well. We had a clogged mainline and after almost an hour he was done, cleaned up and gone.

I lost Sam's Drain and Sewers card after he had given me excellent service at a phenomenally low cost. I had major drain problems and Sam came out and opened my drains out to the major sewer line for under $100. Since then (because I couldn't find his card) I've used other plumbing services and learned why people joke about the high cost of plumbing. I had a guy charge me $75 to drop by, turn a faucet, and bore me for an hour telling me about himself. I also had another install a garbage disposal incorrectly for another $100. So Sam - even if his rates went up with inflation - knows what he's doing and has no interest in ripping you off. Plus he's a very nice guy who explains the problem and how to solve it. I like that.

GREAT SEWER PLUMBER!!!! Nice, courteous, called when he was running late, gave me heads up call when he was heading over to the house. I'd DEFINATELY hire him again.

Sam was super prompt and helpful, and super affordable. I called him at around 10 in the morning with a clogged washing machine drain. He said he could be there around 12, and there he was. He finished in under an hour, and was very polite and nice. he is the best plumber i have had experience with and I would highly recommend him.

Sam just left my house. I had called Sam yesterday because I had a clogged toilet. He was going to come over right away, but it was not convenient for me. He came over today. He is really fantastic and honest. He first tried to diagnose the problem filling up the washing machine, running the sink etc. He then used an auger and it went down easily. He flushed the toilet and it flushed! He did not charge me for the visit. How many people would not charge you, even for a service call? I highly recommend Sam. He is refreshingly honest and does not try to squeeze every dime out of you. I was impressed how he went about trying to diagnose the problem. I highly recommend Sam and would use him in the future.

Unbelievable! I called this place and they wouldn't even come out claiming I owed money to another plumber (his relative). When I tried to explain that we paid all we were billed and why we weren't using that previous plumber any more (incompetency on the last job that cost us extra in the form of other plumbers to undo the damage) he said that he wouldn't be helping us and hung up on me. Unbelievable!!

Sam rocks. Our toilet and tub (in our only bathroom) backed up last night (Saturday) and I called him at 7am the next morning (on a SUNDAY). He was at our door at 8am and an hour later we were back in business. And he charged less than what another very big/popular company would charge for a regular weekday call and was very nice to top it off!! I will recommend him to everyone - give Sam your business, you won't be disappointed!

If you want honest, professional and knowledgeable plumbing then Sam's your man. I have his name and number saved in my cell phone.

I had a leaky sewer pipe he fixed it and some other plumbing issues.

The first time we called Sam it was because a branch had broken into our drain pipe and was keeping our waste from going to the sewer. The branch infiltration was located in a tricky spot, at the end of our tile patio and right beneath our stucco patio wall. We didn't want the patio torn up or the wall taken down! Somehow Sam managed to dig a hole/tunnel that would enable him to get to the area of pipe that had to be replaced without destroying the wall or the patio. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it could be done.



The second time we called Sam for a frozen pipe emergency, and he came out right away on a freezing cold morning to fix it for us. The third time was for a leaky sink. All three times Sam was accommodating, personable, fast-working, knowledgeable...and all three times he charged us a very fair price.

Sam did a great job. he came the same day only an hour after i called. He fixed the problem right away. and was not very expensive at all. He even fixed my mothers plumming right after fixing mine. I highly recommend him to anyone

My daughter called them to un clog her washer drain, they were very fast and professional, and were very reasonable. I asked them while they were at her house if they could un clog my washer drain and they followed me to my house and did my drain as well. They were done in 30 minutes and were very reasonable in price. They guarantee their work and I recommend them to any one.

I live in an old house, and Sam has been able to repair the plumbing problems because he has been doing this kind of work for years . He has a great deal of patience and an excellent sense of humor. I have had a lot of people working on my house over the years, and Sam is one of the best. I appreciate his honesty, his professionalism, and his ability to actually correct the plumbing problem.

Happened to luck out and search plumbers from the bottom of the Alphabet instead of the top. I had a project that involved remodeling an existing bathroom. I need re-routing of drains, shower pan and water supply lines. Our home is 50 to 60 years old with castiron and lead sewer lines. I asked Sam what he could do and he answered "What do you want done!" clearly indicating that he could do what ever I needed him to do. I liked his positive attitude and willingness to work with me. We worked on the project for about a week requiring him to stop and return when stages of work required it.



Sam was prompt, professional, and took pride in doing the job right not just quick. He charged me only for time he worked and the work he did was top notch. He has experience way beyond his years learning from older plumbers he worked alongside of from childhood. I recommend him highly and I consider him our Family Plumber.

I called Sam in the middle of November when we realized the main waterline was leaking badly. He came out the same day and replaced the critical part, and consulted with us about replacing the entire 44 year old line in the spring. He worked with us on getting in the new line, and helped solve some problems (like my toilet didn't get cold water from the same line the sink and shower did) and finished everything in just a few days. His prices have ALWAYS been VERY reasonable, too.



I worked as an electrical contractor for many years - so was grateful to find such a knowledgeable and professional resource since I moved back to NM a few years ago.
