Sandia labs is nothing more than a bank similar to Wells Fargo, lost is the art of caring for a customer and dealing with us as members, I have been a customer for almost 10 years and I am glad to cut ties. Banking and loans but no more, the service has failed, the fees are on the rise, and they serve small interests rather than that of their members. Deplorable!!! Steer Clear

I was researching rates on the weekend and this website provides none. So I tried to use the search box, yes? Yes. Words like "Rate" are too common and on three searches were excluded or provided a return of every page on the website containing the word "rate". "CD rate" or "Savings rate" cannot apparently be combined to exclude other matches. If they can't provide me any information and spend that much time having to guard it, I can guess where my money is going.

This credit union is full service and the representatives are always friendly and helpful. The hours are excellent and convenient. There are several locations but a few more would be very good.

The service is always great at the driveup, the tellers are friendly and fast. The grounds are clean and the many windows are clean as well. The lanes are easy to use.
