The wife and I have been loyal customers for many years to this particular store. A few days ago I walked in to purchase some granola bars and was the only customer in there. The employee working there totally ignored me for a minute or two when I got ready to check out while he was stacking bread. Never acknowledged me. He finally came about and started checking my items out. As he was doing this I noticed that he was deliberatly and reluctantly tossing the items I was about to buy into a bag. I decided not to buy the items and walked out. This rudeness and behavior towards a customer just lost you a loyal customer forever.
