I shop here all the time and generally am pleased. Today my husband forgot a bag of produce at the register. We were told that if we bring the receipt back we could get the food we lost. We could not find the receipt, so I called Customer Service to see if they could look up my purchase through my Smith's Card. The phone rang for over 18 minutes with no one picking up. In that amount of time I drove back to Smiths and spoke with the RUDE customer service representative in person. He said there was nothing he could do to help me and acted like it was my fault he never answered the phone. He even stated he could hear it ringing but he didn't answer. TERRIBLE way to treat customers.

Horrible service told by store employee that's not my section, asked about Apple juice they didn't have any in store! Asked to speak to manager and assistant manager Nickie refused to respond to checkers page saw her talking to a friend ignored by her, we will not shop there any more, poor attitudes sad
