Provided by YPmobileHorrible! I had 3 children going there. They forgot my children at school one day and also left my 2 year old with the same diaper all day. I know this because I had different diapers for her at home as she had at the daycare. She was there 8 hours with not one diaper change! They told me that I was wrong and that would never happen. They also lost a pack of diapers I sent. My son was kicked in his privates there and they told me "the child who kicked your son has anger issues" . The staff and more importantly the management there is horrible. They don't communicate with each other or with the parents. Just there to be paid. When I picked up my children the staff was always standing around never engaging with the children. Look elsewhere if your thinking of placing your child here!

Provided by YPmobileThis is rated 5 Stars not sure why it says less. It's the only one with 5 stars that is open 7 days a week. I love it here and so does my son. Everyone here really cares. Love love love it!

Provided by YP.comThe staff and management are poor communicators, leaving huge gaps in information that, as a new transplant to the area searching for childcare for my two children, proved very frustrating. There are a number of hidden fees in addition to the regular tuition (you have to purchase a mat from them for naps and pay for the front entry key pad...huh?) and they still ask for parents' social security numbers. Who does that anymore? I have a PhD in educational leadership so I know what good ed leadership looks like. Southwest isn't it. I'm thankful I found better arrangements for my children. Agree wholeheartedly with the reviewer who stated they have "poor dispute resolution techniques." They do not like it when customers disagree with them and do not engage in dialogue regarding misunderstandings or miscommunications.

Provided by YP.comMy 2-yr old was dis-enrolled from SWCC because I made constant inquiries regarding their policies for biting. All I was told was that it was perfectly normal for this age and unavoidable. I was not buying that. My child was bit 7 times in a month. With the new school I enrolled her in though, she is also learning more, putting her sentences together better and doesn't beg to go home. She is cleaner, doesn't try to eat her food as fast as possible and isn't tired all the time. Overall, I would just suggest to prospective parents that they thoroughly research this center...accreditation or not - I believe they've let this and the 'stars' go to their heads. It's very difficult and frustrating to communicate with management that tells you that you know nothing... Thanks for "listening" and Please, above all else, take my advise!
