SW Vinyl is a great company. Ron is a wonderful person. I have had SW Vinyl install two gates, 1 shed door and that was a tuff one but it looks and functions great. Then just this year I had SW Vinyl put a privacy topper on top of our block wall and it is beautiful. They did what they said they would and I would hire them again...Roberta Hogan 505 659-9597

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE --STARTED JOB ON JUNE 19TH AND STILL NOT FINISHED--SHOTTY WORK AND THE OWNERS ARE USELESS- AND UNPROFESSIONAL---DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT CRAPPY WORK THAT WILL NOT BE FINISHED AND THEN LETTERS THREATENING TO TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR UNFINISHED WORK

This should have been a great project, i took the time to research what i wanted got quotes from several different contractors. When installation day came 1 guy showed up could not speak English.Entire fencing project was done incorrectly , Unlevel, Missing parts, gates that will not open correctly, metal strips on bottom part of fence that i payed for that were never installed. Friends of mine came over and laughed at the quality of this fence installation. If you are thinking of Vinyl fencing i urge you to make another choice for your Vinyl fencing project.

The southwest vinyl installers completed our fence about 9pm tonight. They weren't forced to stay late by the company. In fact, they wanted us to know they were there because they told us they would be. We've been impressed with this company from start to finish and we'll be using them for a future project.

I've watched this company put up fences around town for years. When the high winds blew down part of my wood fence last month I called them.

I knew it would be expensive with the life warranty. My first surprise was the price wasn't that different from the cheap plastic stuff I see in stores. I was going to install it myself until I learned how much was involved in something I thought was so simple. Plus they are the distributor for the material, so I liked that it was installed by the dealer.

Very knowledgeable sales guy. Office staff seemed sincerely interested in me. Installers were professional and thorough. I told the installers the only thing I wish they could have done better was give me specific times. I saw how busy they were and how hard they work so I felt a little picky when I brought it up. They actually finished when they said they would. But, I can picture really uptight people getting annoyed with not having an exact schedule.

I would recommend sw vinyl without hesitation and I will be using them again for another property in the future.

My wife and I decided to write because hardly anybody follows thru with what they say nowdays. Installation was a Tuesday to Saturday. It looks fantastic and we're real happy with it. I've always believed good service should be recognized, especially when it isn't expected. SW vinyl had already cashed our check when I noticed our caps weren't what we ordered. Before installation we'd changed our order and the message probably didn't get to the installers. My wife called their company. They were super busy and asked if they could get back to us in a few days since it wasn't an emergency. They said if the paperwork showed other caps we would get them.I forgot about it til today when I came home and saw the installed caps. We really thought since it was such a minor thing and they had our money they wouldn't do anything. When we found out the owner installed them we just couldn't believe it! We are so impressed we'll tell anyone who will listen. Nobody follows thru like this anymore.

We had Southwest vinyl do out fence about 3 years ago and we just had them come out to give an estimate for more of our yard. The contractors they recommended did a great job and we love having a beautiful fence without doing any work. We almost didn't do vinyl because of the plastic fences we saw in the stores but we are so glad we researched the lifetime type.If you're fed up with your old block or wood you really need to checkout life time vinyl.

we live on a very busy street in abq and our previous wood fence often got spraypainted by kids. we went for the high quality vinyl fence because we learned it was the easiest material to remove graffiti.

not only did our fence turn out beautiful, we've only been tagged one time since we got it. we wiped off the paint so fast it was amazing. maybe that is why the vandals haven't done it again. it's probably not worth it to them if they just waste their money and time. :-)
