BAD EXPERIENCE!!! My daughter & her friend (both 11) decided to get a ICED decaf vanilla latte and a green tea frappacino. The gentleman (I use this term loosely) was very rude to my daughter and her friend. He got both their orders wrong (hot instead of iced & chai instead of green tea). Then he had the nerve to tell the girls that, that was what you ordered and then told the girls to make up their minds. He was informed that, they had told the girl they wanted: iced latte & a green tea frappacino. He fixed their order; but the girls felt very uncomfortable & decided not to stay and hang out. The girls felt like they were being singled out. I'm a LONG time customer of this & several other Starbucks and I've NEVER had this kind of an experience in ANY of their stores. I'm very disappointed in their customer service.

Good local coffee shop to hangout at until after 3PM when the highschool kids come in and then you can't hear yourself think....other than their noise level, its great....
