I went here to have my hair cut. The woman was rude, and completely unprofessional.

I had really long hair that I was ready to cut shorter. She said she would have to charge me extra for the extra shampoo and conditioner, and extra to cut.....which I was ok with.

I told her that I wanted to cut it off, but no shorter than the middle of my back. I also told her that I want bangs, but no shorter than my eyebrows. She cut it WAY too short! The length was above my shoulders, and my bangs were an inch above my eyebrows. I looked like a nerd!

She had a ring on, that got caught in my hair, and instead of trying to free my hair from her ring...she just yanked the hair out of my head.



I paid for a wash, cut and style, and she did not style it, or even dry it. It was winter, and she expected me to leave with wet hair. I asked her about drying it, and she said it would cost extra.



I guess it was my own fault. I should have known she wasn't a professional when I saw the pink stripes in her hair.

I looked rediculous for months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
