I've been staying here at this motel for three months off and on, when I come into town. Lately they have been without a waffle machine, thus no waffles for breakfast. In casual conversation, I mention it to Paticia one of the employees, that same day, she made a point to personally resolve the problem and began serving waffles for the customers. That is the kind of customer service that will bring me back over and over again. Kudos Paticia, I nominate you for "Employee of the Month" for giving that extra effort to please the customer......Thank YOU
