I left my computer here for repair. Upon picking it up I expressed concern about the way it was left and was told "don't worry, it's covered by warranty". NOT SO! Took it back after using it for 2 days and the part broke again. Advised me they could not fix it as they didn't have a proper tools so I asked for a refund of parts and repair. In addition, they said I broke it and was negligent. They would not refund my money ($144.00) for repairs or the part. They were extremely unprofessional! I ended up having to take it to another repair shop, which did an outstanding job. I would not recommend this place or their so-called warranty. Buyer beware if you should decide to go there! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star!

Systems MD is fantastic! I work out of my house and NEED my computer. It got infected, I called Systems MD on the weekend, brought my computer in, they explained what they were going to do, when I could expect it back and even called me by name! The customer service is by far the best I have had in what seems to be a long time, my computer was ready when they told me it would be, I am up and running again and feel good in knowing I don't have to waste my time to find a computer Dr. I have Systems MD now!!! Thank you guys!

These guys were great. When I dropped of my computer I was treated very professionally, not condescending like other computer places. The man that helped me explained to me what was going on with my computer and assured me that Systems MD would be able to fix it. I was surprised when they called me a day later and told me that it was ready, especially because other computer repair shops in they area quoted me 7 - 10 days. Their prices are comparable to what other computer repair shops charge, but having my computer back in just a few days compared to a week made it well worth taking to Systems MD. These guys are good and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Systems MD.
