This is one unprofessional alteration shop. When I pulled up the sign said open but the door was locked. I waited outside until someone finally opened the door. Then I asked to have a 2x2 patch stitched on my shirt and she charged me over $20 for a 2minute job. Then she tells me that it will take one week to stitch 6inches around a patch. So, I asked for same day service and she charged me a one day turn around fee on top of her ridiculous price. Before I left she said she would call me when she finished....I waited and waited and waited, no phone call. I had to call her for pick up. The lady if very friendly, but don't expect reasonable prices or quick service.

My family has used this business for many years and have found her work to be of exceptional quality, with prompt service. I have taken garments and she has found creative ways of making them fit well. I do not feel that you can go wrong by using her service. She has many years of expertise with various types of clothing.
