Don't use this company. They rebuilt my Allison, then when it didn't work, they tried selling me a new computer module. Still didn't work, so they jerry rigged something to make it last for about 60 days. Now I'm getting the same problem again. Hardly put more than 4k miles on it. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AND THE WORST KIND OF CROOKS! IT TOOK OVER A MONTH OF RETURNING MY VEHICLE TO THEM TO GET IT REPAIRED CORRECTLY. THEY KEPT INSISTING THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. IT TOOK A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM HAPPENING AND THREATENING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET THEM TO FIX IT. THEY CHARGED WAY MORE THAN THEIR ESTIMATE, NEARLY $4000 INSTEAD OF $1200 - $2400 AND PUT NEARLY 400 MILES ON MY VEHICLE. THEY CLAIMED USING THE VEHICLE AS A CLIENT TRANSPORT SHUTTLE IS COMMON PRACTICE!

Everything was repaired quickly. It has been over 2 months since my first visit to The Auto Clinic and I have not had any further issues with my car and now take it to the Auto Clinic for the regular maintenance as well. So nice to take my car to someone and not feel taken advantage of! I have recommended The Auto Clinic to all of my friends, family and coworkers.

Would highly suggest taking your vehicle to the auto clinic the staff is supper friendly and the techs are highly knowledgeable. Fixed my transmission in less than 3 days and still running strong with no problems. Very friendly and fair priced. Will return next time I need a fix or a service on my truck or car. Thank you Auto Clinic.

Very friendly staff and great work done to my pick up. I highly recommend taking it to the clinic they have been around for more years than I can remember and they are always friendly. Perfect home town shop and great service. Cant say enough about the guys and Gal. Thanks again for all you've done to my vehicles. Will see you soon.

# 1 star for being very dishonest.I was charged alot of money, that I really didn't have. saving and borrowing so I can have a safe vehicle.the part they supposedly fixed made my front end shake like crazy.when i was able to be followed back to the clinic there was no old parts and they refused to take it apart to show me any new parts. so I went to a long time in buisiness mechanic shop and they documented that the part is so bad I shouldn't drive it.It should be towed away if i can't pay again so it can be fixed.I had to sign a release so they're not liable.when i left my car at the clinic,I had forgotten my house key on that ring.home is about ten blocks from there I jumped on the bus went home.no house key so I went back in my truck and they were done except, no mechanic.how did they get the part and change it all within an hour or less of being gone? with my review being said that this firm is dishonest.the 5 star ratings;.repeated words reviews could this be the same person?

Needed some work done on my clutch, so I brought it in, had the work done, paid $424. Then I definitely needed some work done on my clutch. Brought it back five separate times. Problem was never resolved and they wanted to charge me when the warranty ran out after one year - a year of problems associated with THEIR ineptitude!So I took it somewhere else and it turns out that the used parts the auto clinic apparenyly used (unknown to me) were the problem.

Highly recommend the auto clinic. I took my truck in for transmission repair had a bad shift. The staff at the auto clinic were very friendly and honest. My truck was fixed on time for me to enjoy my weekend at the lake. Thank you to all the staff and techs that worked onmy truck. She drives like new again.

Don't take your car to these people. They are dishonest, and only want to take your money. I asked them to do one thing to my vehicle when I took it to them. I was charged for a diagnosis which I did not want or need. They did nothing to my truck but still charged me $95.00!

I have had my various vehicles serviced at the Auto Clinic for many years because the price of their periodic maintenance services is the best I've found. I have never had any transmission problem other than a seal that needed replacement after about 7 years of light-medium usage. I rate them highly because the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and usually make a quick turnaround. I am taking my car in for trans fluid & filter change today.

Took my truck to get the transmission rebuilt. They took 2 months and I constantly had to take it back. Never ran good after that. Warranty was 1yr. I had leave me stranded 2 times. Now 6 months after warranty is over I need another rebuild.
