Too many gays! Too much crime and though there are cameras, the property manager does not enforce rules!

if you are homophobic like I am the last thing you want to see s guys kissing guys and girls kissing girls.. there's a lot of that going on at the LAKES apartments.. if I wanted to see that I would go to a gay bar not live next to them... IT'S DISGUSTING !!!

This place has got to be by far the worst place I have ever lived! I cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of here. Maintenance is mediocre at most and the office staff is a complete joke. They do not value their residents at all. A lot of the people who have lived here for a while are looking to get out. This used to be a nice place to live but has changed in the last year and a half or so. Megan, the property manager seems to have no managerial experience (at least not in the property management sense) and the head maintenance guy, Sergio, has absolutely no backbone, cannot make decisions without the even more spineless Megan. Unless you are their friend, do not expect to be treated like a decent human being. If you value your quality of life, look elsewhere..DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The management ruins this place as the maintenance staff is great but not allowed to fix anything without management approval. The management has decided that sidewalk chalk is a menace and shall not be allowed nor are you allowed to smoke outside of your apartment and ash on the ground. You van not have an ashtray outside to ash in either ... you will NOT get your deposit back as they will use it to improve your apartment after you leave. Have been here 7 of the 8 years that I've lived in this state. Just awful.

This place is horrible my 1 year lease will be up in 1 month and aim waiting still for big fixes on my apartment. bathtub not working (Draining) No screen on my 3rd story window that hey knocked down maintenance people and i have a 4 year old daughter. carpet still had cigarette burn holes from renters before.tell now 9 months later carpet still ripped 11 months later. im in apt 319 leave me a note and check out my wax seal leaky toilet and bathtub before you move in. i pay 800 a month 3rd story biggest Square Feet and i wish i never paid for this..
