Lucaya is great community that I lived in. I lived here for a couple of years now and have no regrets at all. Is close to school and downtown area.

I've been living here for over three year. I live in a two bedroom that's located right in front of UNM which works out great for me because I don't have a car. So I just walk to school and back home and there is a lot of food places so I can eat out and there is a post office and bus stop by my apt which great I don't have to struggle. an there is also a local grocery store near by that I can get my food and necessity's at. I love this place and specially the community around.

I am a single mom on a budget I have two kids so I need a place that includes everything so that wouldn't be something else I would have to worry about besides paying my rent and getting food. The good thing is that I found this place that has great rent deals. I was calcified for a two bedroom with utilities included. which was great for me. I love this place they have been great with helping me find a place for me. the area is great and there is a park in walking distance. The office people are great they always help with everything. I love this place

I just moved in to town and this is the only place that was able to approve me the same day and by the end of the day I had my apartment I got a one bedroom for $ 615.00 with utilities included. which was right in my price range.

I am so happy for my new place.

i was looking for a gated community and this place is great.



they have gated parking so that's great.



i was also looking for an apartment that include paid utilities and they offer that here as well.



i got a one bedroom for a $625.00 a month so it works out great for me because i don't have to worry about paying separate bills its all included in one.



So far ive been her for almost two years and i love it.



I will soo be moving into a two bedroom for $725.00 since my family is know growing we will need space.



So this place works out for me, i love it

i am student with a 1 year visa so i moved here to a one bedroom.



I only pay $605.00 a month wuth utuilities included which works out great for me



i love the neigborhood



everyone minds there own business



quite time is great.



the staff and maitneces are great.

I am currently living in a one bedroom apartment.



which is great because it within my price range of $ 605.00 a month with utilities included.



Therefore I don't have to worry about paying other bills I just pay my rent every month and I know I won't have to worry about paying bills.



I can enjoy my time with my daughter.



I feel safe here in this community, the school bus does drop off the kids right in front of apartments which is great because I just wait for him to get off.



I don't have to worry about him not getting home.

Awesome place to live , I like all my neighbors , and my apartment is a good size . I also got In my apartment the day after I applied for it, they were really quick.

I am writing a review about these apartments because I feel that people should read my experience with them it was a really good experience and the lady who showed me was very professional and polite.

I am deciding to write a review since I have been here for awhile and I have to say it is a pretty good place to live, I love having a pool in a gated community, it is also is a pretty quiet place I haven't had any problems so far.

great place to live and friendly staff I would recommend this place its cheaper than most places that I have seen.

Sitting around reading some horror stories about some peoples experiences about some places they have rented! So I thought why not post mine since mine is the complete opposite. I have lived in my community for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier. The price is great for the size of my apartment. I can walk to the bus station and save lots of money on gas. If I have any maintenance request they come very promptly to fix. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful all the time! If your on the market for a new apartment check out the company I rent from your won't be disappointed
