UPS SUCKS

Albuquerque NM UPS SUCKS!!!!!!!!
I supposedly had a package delivered at 10:24am. I read the delivery information on-line. It said 'DELIVERED TO THE WOMAN" Well since I was at work and my husband was home that seems like a problem. However when I arrived home after 5:00pm, there was my package sitting at the door. It had been opened then tapped shut again with scotch tape. That package was sent back and I'm still waiting for a replacement. When I called UPS to inquire who signed for my package and what house it was REALLY delivered to, I just got the run around. I was assured they would send me an email with the delivery information including who signed for my package. But I never got it. Not even in spam. So I called the next day to ask AGAIN. Same run around and a promise of an email. Still nothing. UPS, PLEASE TRY TO HIRE WORKERS WITH INTEGRITY. PEOPLE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. For this kind of shoddy service I could have used USPS which is also terrible & unreliable.
