Tikka Hut
1 Central Ave NW Ste B, Albuquerque, NM 87102
FLAVOR WORTH A THOUSAND ONE NIGHTS Tikka Hut's menu boasts an array of grilled meats and vegetables accompanied by flavorful dips and sauces. The cuisine reflects, the long history of conquest and occupation along the east coast of Africa by the mighty seafaring nations of the time - the Portuguese, the Arabs and the British. Therefore, Arab and Indian immigrants and traders who arrived on the coast, had the strongest influence on Swahili (coastal) food. The flavors of Tikka Hut are a blend of Persian, Indian, and Swahili spices and cooking styles. The marinades make use of yogurt, ginger, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, and other blends of mixed spices with subtle hints of fresh chilies.FLAVOR WORTH A THOUSAND ONE NIGHTS Tikka Hut's menu boasts an array of grilled meats and vegetables accompanied by flavorful dips and sauces. Provided by YP.comThis was our first foray into Indian … and fusion with Mexican. Staff was so friendly and informative. We finished off with kulato… it was great! Visiting from Kansas City, very pleased.
