This is the hidden gem of restaurants in Albuquerque. It serves excellent Japanese dishes, awesome sushi, and a variety of Japanese beers, wine cocktails and of course Sake. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and efficient at serving its customers. I have visited here many times and have yet to receive anything but excellent and timely food and service. Sitting in a strip mall, don't expect to pay the higher prices of a fancy restaurant. The food is value priced, yet excellent quality. The chef is an expert at food and sushi preparation. I would highly recommend Tokyo Kitchen to anyone who loves Japanese food, a clean, quiet, non crowded atmosphere, and an efficient friendly staff. They make you feel at home.
