These guys are out for money. They aren't concerned about their tenants. We had a major plumbing back-up, they hired a cheap contractor, and even though we complained a few times, they wouldn't hire someone with the capabilities to immediately fix the issue. We were without toilets and showers for 2 weeks. Upon move out we were charged for miscellaneous items like clearing leaves, replacing light bulbs - which we replaced every single one of before we left, blind replacements for the blinds that were broken before we moved in. We know that some of the charges upon leaving were reasonable, such as cleaning the carpets, but we also know some of them weren't. They will suck your blood, then your wallet. Be careful. Our property manager left part of the way through the lease, and the new PM was obviously out to attempt impressing her employer. Searched for two months to find the perfect home in the perfect location. Tyson Properties managed (or so they said) the property. Filled out my application, gave them the security deposit, ran credit check and all came back perfect. They instructed me to have the utilities turned on in my name effective my move in date. So I did. They asked me to come back in two weeks and sign the Lease Agreement. I made arrangements to be out of my current home and packed all of my things. Then three days before the Lease signing they called me and said, "The owner of the home decided to sell it, so we are sorry but you don't have a home to move into."Number one, I'm now screwed because I have no place to go on such short notice. Number two I had already moved the utilities into my name per their instructions. Number three they cashed my security deposit. Number four, if you read their Property Owner terms and conditions, the home owner can't just sell the property when they have a contract with T
