This office is ran by some very lazy staff. Rob and Rick were very unprofessional by phone. Hello staff. Without us paying customers you wouldn't have a JOB to support your family. Remember that? Rob and Rick are cowards, because of their action and comment BY PHONE. You have lost a paying customer for LIFE. Thank You...

Just have to say, since my Marine has been deployed to Afghanistan I have been sending him care packages regularly...the first time I wanted to send a package I hadn't a clue what to do. Jenny took the time to help me with EVERYTHING, next to filling up the box herself and I am sure she would do it if that's what I needed. :) Now each and every time I go to the PO she remembers me and my family. I appreciate you Jenny, you are an awesome professional and yet you give a wonderful personal touch!!! Having my son so far away in a war zone isn't easy but having Jenny around to help me connect with him makes it bearable Thank you for being there along side me. I appreciate you!!!

I am not pleased at all with the service that is provided to the people in our neighborhood. We get our mail at all odd hours of the day and for the second time in one month we have not had any service at all. Yesterday May 21 was the second time the mailman did not even come to our street. Everyone had mail needing to go out and we had to bring it in overnight only to put it out again in the morning. We had dated material needing to go out but that didn't happen. Very disappointed with this system.
