I have repeated problems with the same thing of my mail not being delivered and problems with sending anything out. I drop things at the post office and no matter how much postage I put on my mail I get a return to sender for lack of postage wasting my momey over and over again THIS IS NOT RIGHT when I have to spend 20+ dollars to send something to my sister across town.

We have had a repeated problem of our mail not being delivered, as well as having our mail delivered to the wrong apartment. We also had a package left on our doorstep right out in the open where anyone could have grabbed it. When we went to the post office to try to complain and to find out what was happening to our mail were ignored and the associates wouldn't let us talk to a supervisor. If I could use another post office I would.

Misdelivered Mail

I continue to have a problem with misdelivery of my mail or receiving other people's mail. On Wednesday this week, on or about 27 May 2009, I don't have a calendar with me, but when I ask the postman to take a letter that had been left at my house that belonged to another house, he replied, "just keep it until tomorrow when I come by and I can pick it up and redeliver it then. Since he was right there, was it wrong to ask him to take it and deliver it correctly? It was in the 3900 block of Smith Ave. I also have gotten the Pros Ranch Market paper, and even though Pros Ranch Market tells me it's been given to the post office for delivery, for the recent last three or four weeks, the postman hasn't delivered it to my house. Can you please check on this for me and provide a response. My email address, I'm sure will show up on the screen when I press send.
