They should rename this place Bed Bug Inn! Several of the rooms here have bed bugs. The good reviews that you read here most have been written by the owner! The pool was dirty. The rooms were dirty. I talked to several other people and they said the same thing. The crazy lady behind the counter would not refund anybodies money!

These low prices put you in the middle of all Nob Hill's attractions: restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, retail stores, convenience markets, organic food, a laundromat, you name it, Nob Hill has it all in walking distance. I like to winter here!

I have stayed here quite a few times over the years - last visit was this past weekend. They have added wireless internet since my last stay. Rooms have always been clean and quiet. I have never had or seen any bugs of any type in the rooms I have stayed in. Bus service is practically right in front of the place for those who rely on public transportation. Food establishments are numerous and within walking distance. I would recommend the University Lodge to family and friends. For the value You can't go wrong.
