Do not rent from here, extremely overpriced for junky apartments with old outdated applicances that don't work. Extremely noisy with tons of trash all over the apartment grounds and parking lot. Rude staff who refuses to fix anything. There are much better options in the area.

I was a resident at Ventana Canyon for a little over two years and it was a very nice place to live (at first) the property was very nice and full of trees. But I do not recommend EVER living here!! The management might seem extremely nice at first but as time went on became very rude and dismissive of their residents. We encountered many issues with them first starting with their faulty sprinkler systems. One of the fire sprinklers popped in the middle of the night and had ruined all our property, and the area where the sprinkler was located. The manager refused to move us due to the damage, the fire dept pushed out 256 GALLONS of water and they wanted my family to live out our lease in the water damaged apartment. Management thinks its ok to add new fees and rules to your lease without you being aware. At one tie our heater went out in the middle of winter, and I called the emergency hotline to report the issue and was denied any kind of help until the next business day ( it was Saturday night) due to it not being "considered an emergency". Think you can just report them to corporate office?? NOPE! Corporate office is out our of state and if you get ahold of someone you might as well go to the casino cause you got luck. But then again if you speak with someone they might ruin your whole day cause they are just as bad or worse then the on site workers. EXTREAMLY UNETHICAL you will always be wrong, they wont let you speak and they cuss at you like your just some stranger. Being a costumer paying them you would think they would at least listen to their residents? But they don't.. PLEASE save yourself the hassle and the waste of time and look elsewhere. Renting is expensive as is and everyone deserve great costumer service!!!
