Dr Fritz Rohrkaste was excellent. I had a problem with my eye exam and eyeglasses, that I had done at another place. He took the time and used the equipment he had to make sure I got the right prescription for me.

VERY rude front desk assistant! Don't care for rolling of the eyes or snotty attitude towards patients. I Love the doctors though, very friendly and professional.

I was really worried about the eye exam, but you really made me feel relaxed. I am content with your service.

Their customer service is really bad and not professional, they made a mistake with a prescription and took me 2 weeksto get help.

My family has been coming to Visualize for 10+ years. I always get great service and all their doctors are fantastic.

I used to wear contact lenses but would switch brands all the time. Recently my eyes were getting red and irritated, So I came here for an eye check-up. Visualize Optometry explained to me the importance of having contact lenses that fit my eyes correctly. I got some new lenses and they feel great. Thank You

I was very skeptical about getting contact lenses. But I had a bad habit of constantly forgetting my glasses everywhere I went. I just wanted a solution to this problem. Visualize Optometry explained the benefits of lenses. Now I'm really happy with my decision to wear lenses all the time.

I just got my new Contact lens from Visualize Optometry which gives me a lot of freedom. I don't have to worry about my glasses fogging up or getting wet when I am outdoors and I can enjoy playing sports without having to worry about losing or breaking them.

Now I am happy and confident. Got my contacts lenses from Visualize Optometry. They are just perfect. Dr. Fritz was super pleasant and very helpful.

I took my 10 year old child to Visualize Optometry. He had been complaining of headaches for quite some time, so we decided that it is high time we get his eyes checked. It turned out to be a good experience, was a smooth process. He was prescribed glasses, overall it was a good experience.

I got my eyes examined here. Due to the excellent care here, I decided to undertake the operation for my left eye at your centre. I really appreciate the medical services and facilities provided here. I was also very happy with the medical expertise as well.

I was looking for a good eye care centre, needed my daughter's eye to be examined. She had some issues reading. I found Visualize Optometry and took her there. They were very gentle with her even though she was reluctant. Everything went on well and they recommended some good eye care tips. Thank you!

I had an appointment with Visualize optometry on feb, 21 2012. I am a single mother so i took my 5 month old daughter with me for my exam. As i sat in the exam room with the eye doctor he excused himself and sent in another man to ask me to leave my daughter at the front desk with some girl. When i declined the man said they will not finish my exam because she was with me. No reason or Excuse. I Will never go back and if you are a parent i hope you feel the same. My daughter was not crying or screaming she sat quiet in her chair playing with her teether. April West.

Listen to the review! I had an eye exam and the doc was nice and then I went to try on lenses and that is when the tech blew me away with the rude horrible attitude. I would have been fired on the spot for talking to a customer like that. Very unhappy.
