Provided by YP.comI would stay away from this place. . . they just want to rack up your bill! I saw Dr. Purcell who thought I might have a couple small precancerous spots. I told her that what she was pointing to was a recent scrape from an injury. She talked me into freezing the two spots anyway. A month later, I got an unexpected bill for this unnecessary procedure and was I not happy. I spoke with the billing department who was unsympathetic and said there was nothing he could do. It is unfortunate that they choose to operate their business this way.

Provided by YP.comI have never had such a hard time getting in touch with a medical office before. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks and when they finally called me back they didn't even have the right info or answer to my question. They said they would call me back later that day and that was 2 days ago. Nice people, short wait in office but not worth it if they don't car enough to answer your calls in the office. Not the first time either. Last year I tried to get a hold of them and it took at least 4 weeks to finally get my prescription sent to the pharmacy.

Provided by YP.comThese doctors delegate too many procedures to nurses and technicians who seem dismissive, condescending and downright rude. One of these nurses/technicians attempted to cut away a skin tag off my face without even disinfecting the area first. I wanted to slip off my shoes to be more comfortable during the procedure -- and the nurse had a fit! It wasn't like I wanted to walk around the office in my bare feet -- I just wanted to get more comfortable before the procedure! I have never been made to feel more unwelcome. I will never go back.

Provided by YPmobileWas seen by Sarah Mills. Had to wait an hour before seeing her. She told me my 5 year old had melanoma, which freaked me out and continued to freak me out for 2 long weeks until I received a call saying it was completely benign. I will also add that I had to keep calling every day to get the results since they told me it would only take 2 days for results. Now, the worst part of this entire experience is the scar is not fading properly and my child has to be seen by a surgeon to fix the dermatologist's awful job!!!
