Horrible service dept. I bought a Jeep from Mark's and the engine failed at 37,000 miles. The service rep said they were certain I needed a new valve. They replaced the valve and head, then realized the piston rings failed and the cylinder was scorched, and said I needed a new engine. After eight weeks of hassle, I decided to take my Jeep to another shop. Mark's wouldn't let me pick up my disabled vehicle unless I paid them $895.25 for their faulty diagnosis and repair. I will never buy a vehicle from them again!

DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I replaced the battery in my keyless remote, then figured out it had to be programmed, so I brought it in to Casa Mitsubishi this morning. They quoted me $1200 for a "P/A BCM with VTSS" and new key fob. Said some computer/control part was bad, and soon everything electronic in my car would be messing up and stop working. Said the repair would take several days. This afternoon I went to a locksmith, who determined my key fob (keyless remote) is bad, sold me a new one (programmed) for $65, and now all is well. Sheesh!

I have bought my last 3 town &country vans from casa they were great they also told me if i got someone else to buy a car there they would give me 50.00 my son bought a car and they didn't give me nothing i guess they don't want my future busisness
