These bad reviews are from people who did not clean their apts a single time they lived in them and then tried to clean at the end to get a deposit returned. He is fair, plenty of people get deposits returned.

all i have to say is DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. NO matter what you will not get your deposite back. I lived in his apartments and he will try to screw you over . another thing is he dose not take care of his appartments. i had a repair that need to be done that never got fixed. another thing i will have to complain about is outdoor matneince people. they really dont take care of the out side at all. all they do is blow the leaves around and call it good. they are even lazy to the extent were the leaves they did blow around wont get picked up and will be just blown back all over the place. Personaly wish i would have never rented from cornelius william h realtors. most people in these aparments probably only stay there for a couple months and realize how bad he is and gets screwed over. so if you are considering renting from him dont. if you do rent from him well get prepared to get screwed over and just consider yourself dumb.
