Unbelievable attention to my husband's physical therapy! The physical therapist knew exactly how to address his concerns after a short hospital stay that impaired his walking, balance and head drooping. She was patient with his many moods and his physical stamina of the current day. Each session built upon what he had received the previous session.
Scheduling staff and therapists are very cordial tending to the needs of patients and going the extra mile. They are also all very supportive of each other. We have been here twice in 6 years and for a lengthy period of time. We would return here in a heartbeat.

The staff is terrible when it comes to taking care of the patients meds and scheduling and staying on time. The management needs to be changed or the staff needs to be changed before a patient is injured. I was a third party observer for three days and could believe how the place was mismanaged.

Inept administration and/ or staff. I witnessed over three days time and time again the staff not administering drugs on time or proprerly. They were always friendly and seemed to listen but our words were falling on deaf ears. Given a choice I would never let a loved or myself be checked in at this facility. The building, equipment, and even the food service is four star, but the staff seems more cocerned with appearing professional rather than being professionals and doing their job on a timely basis. The management needs to be changed or the staff changed!
