Provided by YP.comDr Best left notes off of my medical record about my care. Her personal nurse is very rude to patients when returning calls. The nurse makes you feel like a burden. Also, Dr Best discussed my medical record with my spouse.....who did not have my permission. This was a HIPPA violation.
