Steven at the Alcoa store helped me size my 3 string Chacos in about 5min flat. They were perfect. I messed with them for an entire week and still couldn't get it right. He was so patient with my OCD perfectionist self... Great experience at Elliotts!!

Went here and bought a 180$ pair of boots had them about a week and a half with only a walk around a paved park and 1 day of light work, the stitching on the bottom of the boot began to come off and the glue holding it together started to peel off. So I called and asked if I could return them, I was told I could as long as manager was there and she was there until 5 pm. So I take off work early to go either get a different pair or my money back. The ease of doing so being why I went to brick and mortar instead of amazon. But when I get there at 4pm they tell me manager has left already. And when they look at my boys they tell me they can do nothing for me. So I ask why, and he answers because there nothing wrong with my boots missing half the stitching on one side. So of course my response is , then what does make them defective. And amazingly his first example is stitching coming off. This is where I became confused because clearly that is what was happening to mine. And he begins to argue with me and call mine "weird" but still refuses to give me the refund even though he just said they meet his definition of defective. After going in this circle arguing in a store with a line behind me. Which I only say twice because of how unproffesional this was. He begins to tell me ONLY the manager can do refunds, the one that left an hour early and that I left work early to meet. The kicker to ask this I called a elliot boots in farruget and there manager tells me anyone can do refunds. So all in all going here wasted 180$, made it so I have leaky waterproof caterpillar boots that I'll be very surprised if they last 6 months but learned never to go here and saved the dozen or so people I work with who were also looking for boots from coming to this place.
