I bought a pair of ballet slippers for my 2 year old granddaughter, the sales person measured her feet, tried the shoes on her and said these are the ones for her. She wore them one time and complained the entire time, when i took them off her it was obvious they were way to small. The package they were in said size 9, but the shoes are 8.5. Took them back the next day, but I was informed they were not returnable because they were worn.(1 time) I feel ripped off to say the least! I feel that the professional sizing is a joke, this was not my mistake! I would never go back again, recommend you dont either!

I made an appointment online to get my daughter new pointe shoes. Melanie was very knowledgable and helpful and the fitting was a breeze. The shop is very inviting and has a great selection for the dancer. We received a frequent buyer card for pointe shoes that will let us earn a free pair after buying 6. Even without the card, we would return as the service was fantastic.

I understand that a dance supply place may not need to be opened 7 days a week, however even with their limited hours, they are still not open!. I've tried several times to visit during "open" hours as advertised by their website only to have a sign on the door to come back later, or just that they are closed. What good is a store if you can never even check it out?
