After pitching an awful fit because they had to step out of their vehicle to place mail in our box on our building, we placed one at the road to accommodate their preferences. Since then, they have skipped our mailbox many times. Today in particular, they chose to put the flag down but not take our outgoing mail. Then proceeded to leave the incoming package at the office next door. This is unacceptable. I'm making an appearance in person to this office to address these issues and concerns as well, however I've felt the need to leave a review because the carrier in the Porter Elementary area has had many reports before because they're infamous for leaving mail in the wrong boxes and no one seems to care. I'm also sharing this review to our business and my personal Facebook page. If you don't want bad reviews and a bad rap then do a better job. It's also caught on camera so... that post should be interesting.
