Misses Barbara Howell Justice Of The Peace is a truly charming officiary who adds something truly special to every occasion. We're proud to have been wed by such a magnificent individual. I'd like to recommend her to everyone, she's five stars.

Miss Barbara's warm heart truly touched our lives. After losing my sister Christi Walters 3 weeks prior to cancer I didn't imagine I'd ever meet another person like her again, however miss Barbara was the very same precious and rare diamond in rough Type of character. She's inviting, kind, patient, friendly, thoughtful, understanding, fun, outgoing, hard working, compassionate, passionate about her work/life, and with her you will find a truly genuine loving personality unlike any other that soothes the soul like only a kindred spirit can. I would encourage anyone and everyone who desires a romantic and enchanting ceremony to seek her out above all others first and foremost. Her experience and Eloquent delivery make for a one of a kind heart warming unforgettable life long memory you'll treasure always.

Ruined our ceremony by:
1. Answering her cell phone in the middle of the ceremony.
2. Calling my husband the wrong name repeatedly during the ceremony.
3. Lied and said her deck was perfect for photos when it was actually under construction and unusable.
4. Did not get our permission to insert her own religious practices into our ceremony instead of respecting our own religious practices.
5. Wrote the wrong date on the marriage certificate. Had to explain the situation to the courthouse.
6. Erratic behavior & odd choice of clothing for a ceremony (sweats/sheer leggings). This one didn't bother me so much as she was not in any of our pictures, but was definitely inappropriate.

It makes me wonder if she has a substance abuse issue.

Mrs. Howell was very kind and professional. She has a beautiful deck for an intimate ceremony! Added bonus.... she took a few great pictures of us after the ceremony with our iPhone :) .

Barbara was amazing for our wedding! We were both super nervous and she was so nice and helpful that our nerves completely went away. She is very knowledgeable with what she is doing and makes the experience feel person, also she will take pictures afterwards and visit with you and make you feel welcome! I would definitely recommend someone to use her!

Such an awesome experience, and she really gave our small wedding a really beautiful touch! A great person to handle small weddings, really nice and thoughtful. Possibly the best Justice of the Peace around! Just having her perform the ceremony made our day really special.

I would absolutely recommend, Barbara Howell, to anyone that is wanting to use a JP to get married. She has an amazing personality and makes you feel so comfortable and at home.
