I originally hired them to repair the opening of an old floor furnace. When they finished the area where the floor furnace had been was about and 8th of an inch above the rest of the floor. He offered to sand and refinish the entire floor, and a significant cost. I pointed out two spots on the floor that my dad said could not be sanded out. Fisher told me they could be sanded out. When they finished sanding the spots were still there and I would not allow them to apply the finish over them because they were in highly visible areas. So, they agreed to cut the spots out are put new wood in, at an additional cost (of course). They finally got the work done only for me to find long hair embedded in the finish. I do not have long hair and neither does anyone who comes to my house, but one of his workers did. The bottom line is that a job that was supposed to cost me $300 ended it costing me over $2,000 and the work was shoddy at best. Five years later and I am back to bare wood in the walkways so even the finish they applied was of inferior quality. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
