The morning of my event (8 AM) they were a no show. They called after 9 AM and left a message saying they would come as soon as we confirmed our location and time. We called multiple times but no one answered. Finally we got through to them and they reluctantly came and set up...it was almost 2 PM by the time they were set up. I spoke to the representative on site and we agreed to discount the cost 50%. I called Monday and no one answered nor returned my call. On Tuesday I finally got someone on the phone who put me through to one of the owners Jerry Dean. Jerry was rude, defensive, and combative. He said "I'm not refunding 1 penny!" Jerry had cashed the check 1st thing on Monday so I was unable to stop payment. I explained I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I did. Jerry then told me he doesn't mind dealing with the BBB because he has a signed contract from me. I never signed anything. I have the unsigned contract in front of me now. I said, "if you have a signed contract then you have a forged my signature." Jerry said, "…and I'm sure that’s what you'll tell them." Our conversation was over, you cannot reason with the unreasonable.



I work as a party planner and book events all year long. I did 27 last year. I work with moonwalk and entertainment places like this all over the country and I can tell you that this place is not a place I would ever do business with. Aside from everything I have told you above their cancellation policy is the strangest I have seen. Any entertainment place will give you 24 hours cancellation because of things like the weather...not Fun-Dunk. At Fun-Dunk they only refund 50% and they keep the other 50% as a deposit for a future event so you HAVE to use them again.



I will never use Fun Dunk again and caution anyone considering their services. I would consider them thieves and not entertainment service providers.
