The employees are rude and the manger doesn't have time to listen to customers when they have an issue that needs handling

I had a storage unit there. There door did not stay open by itself. It took them four tries to fix it. It also leaked when it would rain. Lucky the only things that got wet were in rubbermaid totes and some bikes. When I would make me payment I would have issuses because they could never seem to find my unit number on the paper. They also tell you that they send you statements each month and they don't and when you call the store in front they tell you that you have to call another number because they do not handle the units. I was tired of getting the run around. When I moved out, they gave me an issue because I moved out of the unit of the 1st and they wanted me to pay for the month.
