We are owned and operated by the Alexandria Township Historical Society and have served as the guardian of the history of the 1000 islands for the past 30 years. We are a National Historic Landmark and have stood on the waterfront of Alexandria Bay since 1866. We are a growing collection of historic artifacts and information relative to the people, organizations, residences, islands and businesses of the early St Lawrence River community.
