Terrible. Never use them.

Hired them to produce a new sign for me on April 26th.

On May 13th, they said the sign was ready and they would be out that weekend to put it up.

They were finally out on JUNE 15th to drop off the sign and do the prep work to put it up. On June 16th, they couldn't get the sign up on the wall. The almost comedic attempt to raise a 400lb sign with a bucket truck concerned several of my patrons.



On June 17th, the city put a work stop order on the sign because they didn't get the permit and the sign was too big. Twice, they told us everything would be corrected by of the end of the week.

When the end of the week came, they said they couldn't get it done that quickly, and they couldn't give me a deadline because I would be mad if they didn't meet it. The also said didn't have a permit yet because the permit would only be good for 10 days.

After I called the city on June 24th and confirmed that the permit was good for a year, I fired them. It's a shame the star rating can't go below one for this company.
