I went the other day through the drive thru and I was told it would not be an upcharge for a shake with my combo coupon.. However there was which was fine. When I told her to never mind I'll just do a pop, she rang it up for the shake any way. Assistant manager came to window and said "its only 50cents, do you want me to refund you 50 cents?" I said Yes, She said," SERIOUSLY"

She relunctantly refunded me my 50cents (which turned into 42cents) I asked what her name was she said, "IT'S ON YOUR RECIEPT" I checked, and it was not. so I asked again. She leaned out the window, said, "MY NAME IS HILLARY, HAVE A NICE DAY" (which who knows if that was her name) She said it so rude and mean. I can not believe this type of service was recieved from an ASSISTANT MANAGER!!!! Seriously! I will NOT come back. and I will tell EVERYONE!
