Service department is the most incompetent I have ever experienced by far. Save yourself a lot of frustration and buy or service ANYWHERE elsewhere.

Here are the facts of my experience:
Took 2008 tracker in for 1) new trolling motor install/mount 2) tight steering needed service (helm replacement) 3) oil tank sensor was bad and needed replaced.
After discussing price with service manager on phone agreed to proceed with trolling motor install and helm service only.
Got a call my boat was ready. When I picked it up the oil sensor was fixed and the other two things were not done.
They acknowledged their mistake and agreed to fix the trolling motor and helm, fine.
Got a call my boat was ready and went to pick up. Helm was replaced but trolling motor still in the plastic wrap in the bottom of my boat.
Only paid part price for the helm, took my boat and ran before letting these idiots have a chance to screw it up a 3rd time.
