Complaint Type:Customer Service IssuesDescription of Complaint:I originally went to get my oil changed 4 weeks ago I had addresses some concerns about my vehicle because it was under warrenty the first time they act as if they did not want to b bothered with my concerns and issues afterwards I stressed the concern of my windows rolling up and ask if they would check my battery they checked my battery how ever it was if I was pulling teeth. The service worker told me thst my battery was reading correct voltage and power. 4 weeks later my car keeps cutting off resulting in my engine light illuminating. I called in to make an appointment and was given tbree different prices for a diagnostic. When I arrived with my car dead obvisouly the battery is dead which could be an alternator problemthe service clerk was very rude and kept cutting me off while speaking and assumed she knew what I was about to say and finish my sentence with a subject or an issue that had nothing to do with what I was attempting to ask.I ask for a diagnostic on my starter alternator and ignition swith. I was told from 1100 am til 500 pm that some one would return my call with no return cals I repeatedly called back to see what the issue was I was told that they were unable to run the diagnostic because my battery was dead and that I had to pay for a diagnostic even tho one was not done and that I needed to purchase a battery before and test or checks could be preformed. I beleive this company was trying their best to get the most money out of me because I am a female when I spoke to them in their machanic talk and allowed them to see that I am not completely naive about vehicles they quickly said they needed to check and see what all had been done and thst my call would be returned however 2 days later my call has not been returned and no one seems to know what is wrong with my vehicle and I sm still required to pay for the diagnostic.. Please help me by not allowing this to happen to another female that is trying to keep her vehicle maintenanced

Customer service is a joke.

Customer service is very very poor. When there is a problem, they pretty much tell u to bleep off. U have to threaten them with a lawyer just to get there attention at hand. I wish I'd never bought my 2011 Dodge Durango from them.
