Do NOT buy anything from Brittany's!!! The lady that owns this is completely unprofessional, does not keep ANY sales records and calls her customers liars. She does not place orders in a timely manner either. I was in a friends wedding and actually talked her into buying her bridesmaids dresses from this store(before I knew better) because she found one she really liked. Huge mistake!Here's the deal. The owner offered a package deal. Dress, shoes, and jewelry for one price. Fine, sounds great. The bride wasn't crazy about the shoes offered in the package so the lady said we could upgrade to the "prettier" shoes for $10 more added to the package price. It was still a really good deal. The bride also asked about short versus long dresses. The lady told us it would cost more for short because they'd have to cut them. When the dresses came in and we went to pay the balance, it was the original ugly shoes... the lady said we were lying and the price was more because we got long dresses.
