By far the worst restaurant experience of my life from the staff to the food. We walked in and didn't even receive a 'Hello'. A girl, Constance asked how many and didn't even look up at us. When she took us to the table I asked "Can we get a high chair for our daughter?" she kept her back to us while throwing down the menus and then I asked "Please?" and she just walked away saying nothing. I turned to my husband with pure anger and his mood met mine. While I was looking around for a high chair she came back didn't say anything, just dropped it and kicked it in towards our table, WHILE MY 2YR OLD WAS STANDING THERE, and left. I was furious, went to the manager and said what happened. He apologized and offered a free appetizer of chips and salsa. Our server, Victoria, dropped her cigarettes on our table when taking our drink order, never brought our game boards when we asked for them, and we had to continually flag her away from a table of friends she knew just so we could get our bill. Someone else brought out our food and got nasty with us when we asked for ranch sauce and charged us extra for it- we never have been at any other location. We also didn't get silverware OR the paper trays to eat from and had to wait almost 10 min for them after our food was brought. We ordered 24 wings and they hardly had sauce. He were told it would be extra to have them redone! We drove from Ft Polk just to eat there. Reviews online are awful and I wish I saw them before wasting time and gas

Atmosphere is horrible. unless you like noisy places. and the food isnt good for the prices you pay. I dont need buffalo wings that bad. : )
