My husband and I were not pleased with Ms.Barbras services. We might have high expectations due to my husband being an army veteran and is used to a higher quality of service due to military housing. We rented a home with Ms Difulco. Upon moving out we were not given an intemized deduction for the security deposit she withheld. According to her, the deposit is being used to replace a 20 year old stove, a refrigerator that had missing parts when we moved in, and damage to an indoor door used outside which was damaged when we moved in. After the house flooded due to a hurricane, she was supposed to replace the floors, after sending a crew to come dry the floor. 8 months past and they never replaced the floors. Then tried to lie when we moved out saying we never told her the house flooded, even though the same crew that dried the rental house also went and dried her home. I even have a phone call recorded the time when we spoke to her about fixing the floor. Advice to other customers: Please beware and record/track everything.
